Now folks, there are three things you just don't do in New Orleans. You don't wear beads when it's not Mardi Gras, you don't eat a po' boy without hot sauce, and you don't try to upstage Feline Thief C Major in his own city.

I don't actually remember when I began working on this, some time in 2015. I recall it was before the airing of the Kaito Joker episode where Joker's fear of cats is revealed, since I remember stumbling across that fact on the Japanese Wikipedia article for Kaito Joker (said article also provided a certain spoiler about Dark Eye.) I then forgot about this mini-comic when I was mostly finished then came back to it a year later.

For those curious, Feline Thief C Major is a character from a story I wrote (and plan to publish) called Le Bonhomme du Minuit (although I'm considering changing the name.) You can find out more about him here. I haven't updated C Major's reference sheet to his newest design. The changes are pretty minor; most notably I changed his mask and added whisker-like feathers to the sides.
