Phoebe's character profile (currently offline)I've been planning on redesigning Phoebe for a long time, but I was never happy with the designs I came up with until now. Now she doesn't look lolita-ish, and she's a good mix of punk and preppy, which sums up who she is. She also looks much more like a robin and not some generic passerine bird.

Build: Very short, very thin, daintily-proportioned, flat-chested, skinny legs
Voice: Medium-high pitched, medium-loud and sharp

Birthday: Summer 25 (born under Yellow) (equivalent of Virgo in the Western zodiac)
Story: Phoebe spent all of her early life at a special retreat for remarkably intelligent people and animals. Though she enjoyed the strict upbringing she had there, she wanted to explore the world more and learn things on her own. She set out on her own as a teenager and met up with Ceylon, who was on his own quest. The two later met up with Concorde and formed the Time Flyers.
Many years later, when Concorde and Topaz first used the Eternity Bands and created the dimensional rift that brought Klein into contact with the Eternity World, Phoebe met Feist for the first time. Though she initially found him obnoxious and untrustworthy, she began to see the value in him even when the other Time Flyers thought he was merely a thief and a troublemaker. Later, Feist joined the gang and became Phoebe's partner. Though they have been partners for a while, neither has any interest in mating. They don't want any offspring; they're happy with just each other.
Personality: Phoebe is the brains of Concorde's gang, the Time Flyers. She's snide, a little bit snooty, and loves to trash-talk. Though she's not cocky, she has a lot of self-confidence, and has a hard time accepting when others have similar talent. Phoebe has a habit of giving advice that's understandable to herself but not to others. She's also fickle and unpredictable. However, once someone earns her respect and trust, she is extremely loyal. Phoebe is perfectionistic and very critical of others. She is very logical and pragmatic, and often acts as a voice of reason to the gang.
Likes: Phoebe enjoys anything or anyone that challenges her mentally or intellectually. She especially enjoys debating (and even simply arguing) with others. She also likes indigo and other similar shades of blue and purple. Phoebe loves to mess with other's heads, part of why she likes to dress in preppy fashion and hides her Banger segno (on the back of her shirt) underneath her crests.
Dislikes: Unlike her best friend Ceylon, Phoebe is not one for philosophical theories; she would rather deal with worldly thoughts. Phoebe despises hypocrites and is always the first to call out anyone on their hypocrisy. She has no patience for those who are stupid or hard to explain things to.
Strengths: Phoebe is the rare combination of both street-smart and book-smart. Very intelligent and worldly-wise, Concorde couldn't have a better silver (second-in-command). She's agile physically and mentally. Phoebe can be very polite and tactful when she needs to be.
Weaknesses: Phoebe has a bad habit of saying things she regrets when she’s angry or annoyed. She's also very proud, and refuses to admit when she’s wrong. She can also be narrow-minded and deny things that can't be explained by reason.
Friends/Allies: Of all of the Time Flyers, she is closest to Concorde and Ceylon. As teenagers, the three met and formed the gang now known as the Time Flyers. She gets along reasonably well with the other members
Rivals/Enemies: Mascara is Phoebe's main rival, due to her intelligence. Though Phoebe (and the Time Flyers as a whole) often end up in conflict with Topaz, she has no personal grudge against Topaz, and has some amount of respect for Topaz's cunning (she'd never admit this to Concorde, though!).
Love Interest: Feist the Sparrow is Phoebe's partner. Though they love each other enough to be mates, neither has any desire to have offspring, so they choose to stay as partners.
Relatives: Roxxi Brighton (sister)
Guiding Spirit: Phoebe's Guiding Spirit, Ava, was a relatively minor figure in the Age of Heroes, especially compared to Concorde's Guiding Spirit, Maurice. Nonetheless, Phoebe and Ava get along very well due to their similar mindsets and personalities.

Phoebe has a very dainty physique. She's flat on all sides and her legs are quite thin, too. Phoebe does not wear blue or purple, she specifically wears indigo. Don't forget her indigo anklet (these anklets are a symbol of membership to the Time Flyers; all the members wear these).
